Interaction of Thought V is part of a series of abstract pieces that reference the etherial nature of thought and creativity. This sculpture features three "thought rings" shaped out of laminated wood with a layer of clear fiberglass for outdoor durability. The three thought rings interact with each other by way of steel rebar "neural pathways" that are connected to a stem feature which is then anchored to a base made from a semi truck brake drum.
